Colline Moreniche del Garda di Solferino (MN).
Loamy--Sandy soil, with a presence of purple porphyry, marble and granite in the subsoil, transported by the glaciations that formed the morainic amphitheater.
Grape variety and training system
It’s 100% Chardonnay Guyot trained with East-West exposure.
Harvest and vinification
The grapes are hand-picked.
In white vinification with soft pressing fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks.

Sight
Brilliant straw yellow color, with light golden reflections.
Smell
Intense aromas of yellow fruit (apple and peach) and tropical fruit (pineapple) with hints of butter. Slight mineral note (whetstone).
Intense and complex.
Taste
Fresh in the mouth with a good body that accompanies a marked acidity combined with excellent flavor.
The mineral notes anticipated by the sense of smell re-emerge on the palate, all characterized by a delicate elegance and a surprising persistence.
Combinations
The recommended serving temperature is 12/13°C.
It goes very well with white meats, fish and shellfish.
The ideal combination is with traditional Mantuan dishes.
It is surprising with pumpkin tortello, fascinating with Mantuan risotto, and superb with freshwater fish (pike).
