Production area
Colline Moreniche del Garda di Solferino (MN).
Loamy-Sandy soil, with a presence of white and red clay, marble and granite in the subsoil, transported by the glaciations that formed the morainic amphitheater.
Grape variety and training system
It’s 100% Chardonnay Guyot trained with East-West exposure. The yield per hectare is limited to 60-70 quintals of grapes.
Harvest and vinification
The grapes are hand-picked.
In white vinification with soft pressing to extract only the flower must that ferments in a 228 l oak barrel. The wine obtained is left on the fine lees for 8 months to refine. With this process, it is also used the battonnage (a mixing technique of the lees with a stick).

Sight
Bright yellow-golden color with some greenish reflections.
Smell
Intense aromas of lime, butter, vanilla, almond and honey.
Taste
It is a very complex wine with a good body. It presents a valuable and lovely sensation of minerality and flavor, all characterized by a delicate elegance and surprising persistence.
The sourness gives a light sensation of fresh taste.
Combinations
The recommended serving temperature is 8/10°C, but it could be drunk as well at 12/13°C.
It goes very well with white meat such as chicken, guinea fowl or quail and it is very good also with fresh and saltwater fish and shellfish.
Highly recommended with mollusks and tartare.
